Patrick Terborg is very proficient at structuring mixed finance transactions utilizing NMTC, LIHTC, state tax credits, municipal PILOTs, and other incentive programs.  His work has served as a catalyst to further redevelopment in some of New Jersey’s major urban municipalities.  He has over 25 years of real estate development and Corporate leadership experience.
